Description
The Yugoslav Film Archive is the national film archive of the Republic of Serbia. It was founded in 1949 for the purpose of collecting and storing all cinematic works produced in Yugoslavia, at the time, as well as all other cinematic materials, including foreign films, scripts, photographs and other documentation; and studying the collected materials. Today, the institution operates under the same name and has the status of the film archive of the Republic of Serbia. Film projections are organized within thematic programs and are available to the public in two locations, Uzun Mirkova 1 and Kosovska 11.
