Description
The White Palace in Dedinje was commissioned by Aleksandar Karadjordjević in the 1920s. It was built in the Serbian-Byzantine style, with a façade encased in marble from the Brach island (Croatia). The interior of the palace is characteristic of Renaissance and Baroque styles, while the walls of the rooms on the ground floor were painted to resemble the Russian court in Kremlin.
