Description
Constructed under the influence of eclecticism, Captain Misa’s Mansion was designed as a Renaissance palace. Its ownerwas Misa Anastasijević, the richest manin Serbia at the time. He later donated the building to his country, wishing for it to be used for cultural and educational purposes. Today, it is home to the Rectorate of the University of Belgrade, and a part of it is used by the faculties of philology and philosophy.
